I founded Root & ReLaunch after experiencing firsthand what it means to pivot — not once, but multiple times — and realizing that reinvention only works when it’s grounded in clarity.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked alongside small and medium-sized businesses, large organizations, non-profits, and government institutions. I’ve seen how ideas grow, how brands evolve, and how often brilliant professionals struggle not because they lack talent — but because they lack structure, alignment, or a clear digital presence.

I’ve reviewed hundreds of websites — some beautiful but unclear, others strategic but disconnected from the person behind them. Living and working in the UK broadened my perspective on business, branding, and professional identity. Travel continues to shape how I see the world — different markets, different cultures, different ways of positioning expertise. It taught me that reinvention is universal.
